Songs and Rhymes, a free program for parents/caregivers and children ages birth to 16 months, begins Wednesday, March 18 in Blackville.

This 8 week program will be held every Wednesday from 10:00am until 10:45am at the Blackville Community Centre, 12 South Bartholomew Road until May 6.
