Submit your building permit application quickly and securely through CloudPermit, our online application platform. Paper applications are also available.
How does CloudPermit work?
CloudPermit is a cloud-based e-permitting software that digitizes the building permit process, helping GMSC become paperless. With CloudPermit, you can:
- Apply for all types of building permits online
- Pay for a building permit by using a Credit Card
- Check the status of your application (change of application status & or additional information requested will be automatically emailed to the applicant)
- Schedule or cancel inspections
- Check inspection results
- Submit and request changes to an existing permit.
